SAVE THIS HOUSE

New Reality-Based Documentary Series Promoting
Saving the Environment with Green Building,
Decorative Faux Art, and Moneysaving Design

Front of fixer before

Would you tear this house down?

Grass grows in the small master bedroom.
The green pool leaks. The carport leans.

The kitchen needs plumbing for a dishwasher and garbage disposal, new cabinets, flooring, countertops—in fact —everything!

The house sits on a half acre near new condominiums, new houses, downtown, a huge park, one lot away from a lake.

Saving Houses Saves Our Planet's Natural Resources

Did you know that when you tear down a house and build a new house that you use enough precious natural resources to fill a hole in the earth FOUR times as big as the house you build?

Did you know that people who buy huge new houses are not happier than those who live in a smaller house? In fact, stress-free living with smaller mortgages and lower utility bills means that you can concentrate on your family, business, or friends.

Some investors look for large lots with old houses so they can develop the land.

But, what if you could make a quick profit and help the environment and a future home buyer at the same time?
